1. Shipping Policy
We strive to process and dispatch all orders at the earliest. Please ensure that the shipping address, pincode, and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in non-delivery or damage will void our delivery guarantee.
- If a new shipment is required due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for the cost.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Returns are accepted only in the following exceptional cases:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and reported immediately upon delivery.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damage, Defects & Wrong Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A defective product
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Order Cancellations by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to sales@getjimmys.in with the order number.
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not reach you within 15 days of confirmation or if there is a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund.

We may cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product Unavailability: Alternative product or full refund will be offered.
- Pricing or Product Errors: Orders may be cancelled due to system or typographical errors.
- Payment Issues: Failed, declined, or suspicious transactions.
- Bulk / Unauthorized Orders: Orders intended for resale may be cancelled.
- Force Majeure: Events like natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Missing Information: If required verification details are not provided.
7. Refunds
- Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
