We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact details are accurate.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery and will void our delivery guarantee.
- If re-shipping is required due to incorrect details, additional charges will apply.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Wrong product delivered
The item must be unopened and reported immediately upon delivery.

3. Damaged / Wrong Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

- Wrong item
- Defective item
Contact us immediately for resolution (replacement or refund).
4. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.
- Send cancellation request with order ID to: sales@getjimmys.in
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered within 15 days of confirmation or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund.

We may cancel orders under the following conditions:
- Product Unavailability: Alternative or refund provided
- Pricing Errors: Orders may be cancelled due to incorrect pricing
- Payment Issues: Failed or suspicious transactions
- Bulk Orders: Unauthorized resale orders may be cancelled
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, strikes, etc.
- Missing Information: If verification details are not provided
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days
